November is the month when we emphasize our gratitude but each day throughout the year should include a practice of gratitude.
I believe it keeps you in check. It’s a fact that every day is a gift and no one is guaranteed tomorrow, so expressing all that you are grateful for will give your life more meaning. It reminds you of what matters most as we tackle each day’s challenges. Research has shown that a practice of gratitude not only improves your mental health but your physical health too. It improves relationships and leads to better sleep habits too. So get on board and begin your practice of gratitude with me this year.
